La Roche-Jagu Park covers 64 hectares. Access to the Palm Grove, the ponds and pools, the slipway, and the Bois d'Alès involves a 70-meter elevation gain and sometimes uneven, rocky, or slippery paths, and requires good physical condition. Access may be difficult for people with reduced mobility, disabilities, or heart failure.
La Roche-Jagu Castle has four levels and includes steps at the entrance. The temporary exhibition is located on the upper floors of the castle. Access to the upper floors is via narrow spiral staircases.
The castle is located 300 meters from the parking lot.
