A contemporary park inspired by medieval times
The brainchild of landscape architect Bertrand Paulet following the storm of 1987 that devastated much of Brittany, the park, which has been classified as a Jardin Remarquable (Remarkable Garden) since 2005, covers more than sixty hectares and comprises a wide variety of environments and landscapes whose preservation is of major importance.
The park is freely accessible all year round.

The environment first
Implemented at the Roche- Jagu Departmental Estate since 2000, differentiated management is an ecological approach that aims to restore, promote and preserve biodiversity. This approach is particularly relevant here, as the park, located in the heart of a natural site renowned for its qualities and vulnerability, consists of a multitude of spaces home to a variety of flora and fauna. The artworks interact with the history, architecture and park, offering poetic and unexpected perspectives.
